Le Creuset Square Grill review
The heavy cast iron construction holds and evenly delivers the heat you need for a good sear, the wide-set grill lines effectively prevent meats from cooking in their own rendered fats, and the matt black enamel finish almost entirely eliminates sticking without affecting your crust. Le Creuset grills and grill pans are oven safe to 230°C, so foods that have been started on the stove can easily be finished under the grill.
