Thick base prevents food getting easily burnt and stuck to the pan.
Made from cast iron; gives high and even heat producing appetising grill stripes on the food.
Matt enamelled interior; the pan does not have to be oiled and is easy to maintain.
Two handles make it easy to lift the pan.
