Sony STRDA7100ES review
Closely modeled on the design of the TADA9000ES, the STRDA7100ES exhibits the same uncompromising ES build quality and many of the cutting-edge features that guarantee an exceptional level of performance that will please the most discerning home cinephile. Utilising S-Master Pro Digital amplification the STRDA7100ES delivers a remarkable 170 watts over seven discrete channels and seamlessly amplifies all incoming digital signals without any conversion to analogue which could degrade sound quality and introduce analogue noise. This exceptional sonic performance is backed up by a plethora of both digital and analogue audio and video inputs complete with signal conversion and multi room possibilities. Chief among these features are HDMI video switching with up conversion from analogue, and component video switching with analogue up and down conversion. For multi room operation independent second zone A/V outputs and 3rd zone audio outputs with centre rear amp swapping capability. This means two independent sources can be switched and controlled in two different zones while a third multi channel source is being played in the main room. A second remote control is supplied with the STRDA7100ES to control these extra zones.Features:
