The Portable Tube Fan produces a high flow, high velocity airstream which in turn induces movement in the surrounding air. The volume of moving air actually increases with the distance of travel so that effective air movement is obtained over large distances.Air speed as low as 1.25 metres per second will increase comfort considerably while at 2.5 metres per second quite intense local heat can be tolerated. The Portable Tube Fan produces air speeds of up to 7 metres per second.
