The outside and inside of the SKK triply stainless steel wok are made from 18/10 stainless steel, and sandwiched between these two layers is a core of pure aluminium. It is this aluminium layer that distributes an even heat all the way to the rim. Unlike competitive ranges, the two layers of stainless steel are welded close at the rim, preventing the risk of delimination.
