Revol Revolution 3 Litre Tagine review
This inventive new range from Revol has a novel composition and properties. It is suitable for use with all types of heat source, including induction. It has higher thermal-shock and mechanical properties than any other type of non-porous culinary ceramic known today. Unlike some materials, Revol's Revolution range won't deteriorate naturally with wear and tear (scratches, rust, ageing, etc.)Its completely nonporous ceramic absorbs no fats, odours or bacteria.
Made exclusively from natural components it contains no heavy metals or fluorinated coatings, emits no volatile organic compounds when heated. As the temperature of Revol porcelain changes gradually it is suitable for a direct transfer from the freezer to the oven or vice versa. The gradual increase in temperature gently cooks food releasing flavours and the warm dish maintains heat, keeping food the right temperature on the table.
