Made from cast iron, which spreads heat evenly and retains it for a long time; good for roasts and rich casseroles.
Works well on all types of hobs, including induction hob.
Bastes the food itself; steam collects on the inside of the lid and drips down from the knobs.
Made all in metal; safe to use in the oven as well.
Thick walls evenly distribute the heat so that the food is heated up from several directions.
Thick base prevents food getting easily burnt and stuck to the pan.
Matt enamelled interior; the pan does not have to be oiled and is easy to maintain.
