Each piece in thie Scala collection features the 2-layer 'Ferno Ceramic' non-stick surface which ensures quality, durability and performance. It features a unique topcoat for easy food release and easy clean up and a tough base coat for excellent resistance to scratches (except to scratches caused by metal kitchen utensils) and abrasions.
