Magnetic flywheels and low friction running deck have been specifically designed to provide a smooth walking and slow jogging motion. The user's momentum pushes the running belt, with the intensity of the workout being able to be increased or decreased by changing the magnetic tension resistance or the degree of incline of the running belt.
