Sony MDR-XB40 review
Designed for hip-hop and dance music lovers, the MDR-XB40EX Extra Bass
earbuds accurately reproduce the deep bass sound. Featuring wide 13.5mm
high sensitivity driver units, these earbuds are engineered to reduce sound
leakage while delivering premium sound quality. Each earbud is constructed
with a double layer of silicone to maximize comfort and eliminate sound
distortion. In addition to a flat Y-type cord to help reduce tangles, these
high performance buds come with a handy carrying pouch and clip.
In-the-ear design. In addition to stylish hairline-finished aluminum, these
earbuds feature a closed type vertical in-the-ear design, which deliver
exceptional audio quality and reduces ineffective sound passages.
Supplied case and clip. Easily carry your Extra Bass earbuds wherever you
go with the included carrying pouch and clip.
13.5mm driver unit. Engineered by Sony, the wide 13.5mm Extra Bass high
sensitivity driver unit accurately reproduces powerful, dynamic booming
bass sound.
Hybrid silicone earbuds. Offering a more comfortable fit the uniquely
shaped earbuds with a double layer of silicone helps to maximize comfort
and ensure no sound distortion occurs. Choose from three sizes of ear
cushions for the best fit.
Premium sound quality. Boasting a tightly sealed acoustic design, these
earbuds reduce sound leakage while delivering booming bass. Additionally,
the MDR-XB40EX headphones offer a wide frequency response from 4-24,000 Hz.
