You can get connected with your friends with the most popular Instant Messengers (IMs) like Yahoo, MSN, GTalk and Facebook chat inbuilt. Also 3.2 MP camera lets you shoot and upload your favorite moments to a social network of your choice.
TouchWiz 3.0 is at the heart of Samsung Star II. It makes the user's experience remarkable and also makes the Star II easy to use and highly customizable. You can read your SMS by the drop-down quick panel. You can also read the notifications and activate Bluetooth and Wi-Fi with ease even when you're accessing mails or listening to your favourite tracks TouchWiz 3.0 also lets you call and SMS from the phonebook with a simple finger sweep. The inbuilt Quicktype Application delivers a whole new experience in typing & texting as it lets you type by merely joining letters by tracing them on the keyboard.
When away from the office, you can perform your office work from your Samsung Star SII. It supports MS Office 2007, PDF, and TXT. You can check rich documents without lugging around a computer. A dictionary provides instant translation help - perfect for international interactions.
