Olympus D-40 Zoom review
A 4.0 megapixel (effective) CCD, matched optical system and advanced
imaging technology provides great resolution in an incredibly small camera
A 2.8x optical/7x seamless digital zoom lens is designed for digital
photography (7x digital zoom is the combination of both optical and digital
zoom)
Compact design has the D-40 Zoom fitting comfortably in your hands while
you shoot and in a shirt pocket or bag when you don’t
The D-40 Zoom’s 10-mode control dial lets you quickly set the camera
to 5 Program Scene modes or for full control all with the proper exposure,
white balance and color saturation for each mode
Auto-Connect USB lets you easily transfer images from your D-40 Zoom to
your USB-equipped computer, with no additional software to install
QuickTime TM Movie mode lets you shoot up to a full minute of video with
sound and then play it back right on the camera itself
Optimum Image Enlargement mode is selectable to enlarge the image in the
camera as you shoot. Now you can get detailed prints up to 16" x
20"
