Olympus E-520 review
In-Body Image Stabilization In-Body Image Stabilization is a
state-of-the-art technology, preventing camera shake for blur free
photography. Built into the camera body using the SWD motors, this image
stabilization works with all Four Thirds and Zuiko Digital lenses from the
8mm fisheye (16mm equivalent in 35mm photography) to the 300mm super
telephoto (600mm equivalent) for handheld shots. Shoot in low light and
slower shutter speeds without worry.
On-screen Autofocus On-screen Autofocus with Live View works as seamlessly
as a point-and-shoot to display subjects, in focus, on the LCD the instant
the shutter is pressed half way.
Shadow Adjustment Technology Shadow Adjustment Technology captures detail
in the bright areas of a frame and opens up detail in the shadows that
other cameras would render too dark or underexposed.
Four Thirds Mount The benefits of the Four Thirds Mount on Olympus E-System

select the right mode for your shot; the E-520 takes care of the rest. The
20 modes cover practically every common shooting scenario including
Portrait, Fireworks, Sports, Landscape, Sunset and many more, even
underwater.
Perfect Shot Preview Perfect Shot Preview enables you to view and select
your favorite effect right on the LCD, and see how the image will look,

xD-Picture Cards, the E-520 provides a choice of data storage options for
enhanced flexibility, and it is possible to transfer image files from one
card to the other right inside the camera.
