These new Accusound Ref 8.8XD bookshelf speakers have been Designed & Engineered here in Australia to meet the complex demands from the latest High Definition Audio. The Reference 8.8XD Series is now elegantly finished in Hi-Gloss Piano Black side panels.
Each Loudspeaker has a rated power handling capacity of 200 watts RMS and will suit the latest amplifier and receivers on the market today. They have Extended High Frequency Response up to 25000Hz.
The Reference 8.8XD Bookshelf Speakers also boast extended bass response, clear vocals. You will hear deeper, more defined bass and clearer more defined vocals.
Each Reference 8.8XD Front Speaker has a 200mm "Extra Definition" Bass Drivers for excellent bottom end response. A 125mm midrange for clear vocals and the 25mm Elliptical Soft Dome Tweeter combination to produce clean, smooth extended top-end.
The Reference Series 8.8XD have high quality gold plated binding posts that will accept large diameter speaker wire or Banana Plugs.
