2010-2012 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate review
The E-Class Estate redefines comfort; it combines the elegance radiated by the sedan with the hallmark functionality and spaciousness of a Mercedes estate. The result is a vehicle that simply oozes comfort – right down to the last detail. Each and every occupant feels safe and sound thanks to an array of different technologies, making the estate model an essential companion, day after day.
Flexibility, magnitude, individuality – characteristics that are displayed by the estate when it comes to the safety technologies it has to offer. Take the standard-fit ATTENTION ASSIST, for example, which analyses drivers' behaviour and advises them to take a break when it detects the first signs of drowsiness. The E-Class Estate does everything in its power to protect its occupants as much as it possibly can during and after an accident. The optional DISTRONIC PLUS proximity control with the PRE-SAFE Brakes and nine airbags fitted as standard, including a kneebag for the driver and a pelvisbag for the driver and front passenger, are but a few of the estate's exemplary safety systems.
