The Holden Frontera was a medium sized SUV sold by General Motors in Australia and New Zealand from 1995 to 2002. The Holden Frontera was a rebadged Isuzu vehicle. It originally sold as an Isuzu Wizard in New Zealand and was sold as the Opel Frontera in Europe. The UES S was a 4-door with a manual transmission and the 2-door Frontera UES Sport came with a manual transmission. All models had six-cylinder engines, except the UES Sport, which kept the four-cylinder engine.
In 2001, the UES SE now had reductions on engine noise, gained an electronic throttle, and some interior upgrades.
Holden ceased sales of Frontera in 2002, leaving the SUV lineup to only the Holden Jackaroo.
