The addition of MIVEC variable valve-timing technology to the Evolution IX, and an improved turbocharger design, has resulted in faster and smoother dynamic performance. And with new front and rear bumpers, aerodynamics and cooling have been further improved.
No matter what the driving conditions, handling and performance remain at their peak thanks to Mitsubishi’s Active Centre Differential (ACD) and Super Active Yaw Control (S-AYC).
In addition, the Evolution IX comes with Diamond TRAC™, which is Mitsubishi’s enhanced vehicle and passenger security system. Utilising satellite positioning (GPS) and mobile phone technology (GSM), Mitsubishi Diamond TRAC™ Assistance Centre can pinpoint and track your vehicle’s location, geolock your vehicle to a certain area, warn you of a low battery or battery disconnection and more.
