2005-2012 Lexus GS review
GS 300 - The only vibration you'll feel is your heart thumping.
A high-technology direct injection V6 moves you, and a full leather interior with dual zone climate control pampers you along the way. You've a choice of two specification levels, the GS 300 'Sports' or the 'Sports Luxury' which is fully equipped with in-built Bluetooth and even a Rear View Camera. Yet for all this sophistication, unlocking the door and stepping inside is as simple as gripping the door handle.
GS 350 - The Luxury Sport Sedan Redefined
Lexus has unveiled the entirely new GS 350 at the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in the U.S. The new model combines bold, dynamic styling, precise handling, innovative technology and a spacious, luxurious interior. In addition to the GS 350, Lexus will release other GS models, including a hybrid and F Sport variant.
The GS 350 provides a more engaging driving experience via advanced aerodynamics, a completely new platform with a wider stance and stiffer structure, a transmission with quicker shifts, distinctive engine sound and exhaust notes, and better seat support. The all-new multi-link rear suspension maximises tyre cornering force and enhances rear control. Overall, the suspension is lighter and stronger, allowing it to react to driver input quickly while aiding ride quality.
GS 430 delivers the ultimate performance experience.
With 4.3 litre capacity, 32 valves and an all-aluminium cylinder block, the V8 delivers brisk acceleration. Variable Valve Timing with intelligence (VVT-i) and an Acoustic Control Induction System (ACIS) ensure optimum performance as engine speed varies. It also delivers remarkably low emissions with impressive fuel economy.
At the touch of a button, the driver can fine-tune suspension damping settings to 'Normal Mode' for everyday driving situations, or to 'Sport' for superior handling and stability, whilst maintaining superb ride comfort.
GS 460 - Shift your life into fast forward.
The power of a quad cam 4.6-litre V8 gives you instant response, assisted by the world’s first 8-speed transmission in a mid sized luxury car. At highway cruising speeds, Active Cruise Control scans the road ahead, while after dark High Intensity Discharge (HID) front headlamps look around corners. A 14-speaker Mark Levinson audio system keeps you entertained as handling technologies like Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management (VDIM)
and Traction Control (TRC) help keep your relaxed and under control in all manner of road conditions.

With dynamic upgrades to the chassis, suspension, brakes and steering, the New Generation GS F Sport package will further thrill the driving enthusiast following the recent unveiling of the new GS 350 and GS 450h.
The New Generation F Sport features the newly developed Lexus Dynamic Handling (LDH) system with Dynamic Rear Steering (DRS) for more responsive driving. This leading edge platform technology offers Lexus' first integration of DRS, Electric Power Steering and Variable Gear Ratio Steering (VGRS), improving vehicle control and overall agility for an exhilarating driving experience.
