The Roger Armstrong I-Spin Elfin Stroller has both lockable front and rear swivel wheels. User friendly levers on the handles enable the front wheels to swivel so the stroller can turn sharply in an instant. This fourwheel swivel feature is most useful when negotiating shops and tight corners.
